Ingredients: 8 bananas, 80g rock sugar, 2 small pieces of dried tangerine peel.
Preparation:

Method:
1.Wash the amaranth and pick the tender parts;
2. Rinse the lean pork, slice into thin strips, add marinade ingredients, and marinate for about 20 minutes;
