Four Teas to Combat Eye Fatigue from Late Nights
1. Green Tea in the Morning:

However, it's best consumed during the day to avoid affecting sleep. 2. A cup of chrysanthemum tea in the afternoon: Chrysanthemum brightens the eyes and clears the liver. Some people brew it with goji berries or add honey to the tea, both of which help relieve depression.
3. A cup of goji berry tea when tired:
Goji berries are rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin C, calcium, and iron, nourishing the liver, benefiting the kidneys, and improving eyesight.Naturally sweet, they can be brewed as tea or eaten as a snack like raisins, effectively relieving dryness and fatigue in "computer users." Massage techniques can also alleviate eye fatigue:
1. Pressing the Qīngmíng Acupoints
Located at the inner corners of both eyes, slightly above the inner eye corners in the indentations. Apply pressure with your thumbs, directing force upward toward the head until a mild aching sensation occurs. Hold for about ten seconds, release, then repeat several times.
2. Circular Massage on the Temples
The temples are located on the sides of the head, in the indentation about one finger-width behind the outer corners of the eyebrows and outer eye corners. Make fists with both hands, keeping the thumbs raised. Use the tips of the thumbs to apply circular pressure on the temples. Each session should last about 3 minutes.
3. Scraping the Eye Sockets
Numerous vital acupoints surround the eye sockets, such as Zanzhu (BL2), Yuyao (BL1), and Sizhukong (BL1) on the upper orbital rim, and Chengqi (BL2), Tongziliang (BL1), and others on the lower orbital rim. Appropriate stimulation of these points benefits both eye disease treatment and eye health maintenance.This step can be combined with the previous one. After massaging the temples with your thumbs, keep them in place on the hollows. Then, using the sides of your two bent index fingers, scrape along the upper and lower eye sockets from the inner corner to the outer corner. Typically, 50 scrapes are sufficient.
4. Palm Warming for Eyes
Rub both palms together until warm. Place each palm over the corresponding eye, applying gentle pressure to transfer the warmth generated by friction to the eyes. This method promotes ocular blood circulation, leaving the eyes feeling comfortable afterward. It also calms the mind, stabilizes the spirit, and aids sleep.
