This new study, conducted by scientists at Sweden's Karolinska Institute, examined the dietary habits of over 6,000 participants. Ten years later, surviving participants completed identical questionnaires. All female participants were asked about the frequency of adding sugar to hot beverages and the types of sweets consumed.
After 18 years, researchers identified a total of 729 cases of uterine cancer. Women who frequently ate sweet cakes, sweet bread, or sweet cookies had a 42% increased risk of developing uterine cancer. The study also found that daily sugar intake exceeding 35 grams (equivalent to 7 teaspoons) was associated with a 36% higher incidence of endometrial cancer. Second Category: Fish:

Category Three: Fruits:
Grapes, kiwis, lemons, strawberries, citrus fruits, figs, etc., not only contain multiple vitamins but also substances that combat cancer and prevent the synthesis of carcinogenic nitrosamines.Examples include tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, pumpkin, garlic, onions, asparagus, cucumbers, loofah, radishes, and various leafy greens.
